Located in Xiamen right in front of Tawian, this is probably the most windy spot in China. Every year it holds the Kiteboarding Tour Asia – KTA. The school is located right on the beach and provide storage, beginner and advanced lesson. The trip from the airport to Ping Tan can be done by bus or car but since the transportation there aren’t really reliable, the best is to rent a car at the airport. www.59fly.net
Another school located in Xiamen directly on the beach which is actually the same school as Ping Tan. www.59fly.net
The Phuket of China, Hainan is the good place if you also want to learn kiteboarding and also relax. The wind stats aren’t as good as Ping Tan but this touristic island will compensate with a bunch of other activities. www.kiteboardingchina.com
