xiamen in october

we'll go to Xiamen this coming holidays. We stay at sea view ressort (west beach).
any recommendations about riding zone, nice site or good food are welcome.

There is a kite school in Xiamen, you can find the link on the spot section, they will know the place.

They have a foreigner, Franco, I'll try to get him there so he could give you some tips

We 've been at Du Shui lake today. It's look like a possible place to ride.

Does someone have ever try?

I've tried, forbidden there.

They have a sail club and behave like the owners of the lake and they don't want to hear about kite.

I've been chased by a boat there ahah.

Best place to kite in Shanghai so far is the Gold Beach near Qiding, about 1.5h drive from downtown.

There is some beach in pudong near the DiShui lake but there is plenty of fisherman sticks and stuff, it's not very safe. If you are not afraid of mud you can also go to Fengxian.
