We could buy some taobao drysuit and hit the water to breakout this boring winter for a couple of thousands rmb.

OOOOOOOO yeah drysuits!!! I am in Qingdao today and it is windy! Problem is its 0degC.

I made some investigations into what is available - for drysuits these NPX Lucifer suits looks like a good option:

It doesn't stop there though, I started looking into heating systems used by divers in the artic. All pretty expensive, but for keeping the cold out of you hands and feet the best heating systems that I have seen are for motorcyclists:
